We deliver across Australia, delivering to both metropolitan and regional areas.
Delivery Timeframes
Our furniture is custom-made, which means the crafting process begins once your order is placed. The typical lead time for furniture production is approximately 4-6 weeks. Once your piece is ready, shipping times can vary depending on your location:
Metropolitan areas: Approximately 3-5 business days.
Regional areas: Approximately 5-10 business days.
Please note, these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the item, as well as the delivery location. To ensure transparency, these costs will be provided at the checkout before you finalise your purchase.
Handling and Packaging
All items are carefully inspected and packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. We use safe packaging materials and techniques tailored to the unique dimensions and needs of your custom made furniture.
We Recommend Tracking Your Order
We strongly recommend when organising your delivery, you ask for tracking. This will allow you to track the delivery status of your furniture through your courier.
Freight Damage
This is entirely the responsibility of you and your freight company. Your delivery and shipping costs and issues are between you and your chosen company. If you notice any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, please make a note of it when signing for the delivery. You must take photos and document the issue thoroughly.

Assembly
Some furniture pieces may require assembly upon arrival. Instructions will be provided with the shipment.
